Alpha Chi Omega has adopted the support of victims of domestic violence as a national altruistic project. All members, collegiate and alumnae, provide service in their community to local shelters or organizations that aid victims of domestic violence. The emphasis of this project is to offer member’s time and energy to women, children, and organizations in need.
How We Give Back
The Iota Nu chapter at UC San Diego raises money and awareness for our local and national philanthropies in several ways. From volunteering at local shelters to adopting a family during the holiday season to bake sales and to our annual philanthropic event, Mr. Alpha Chi, the sisters of Alpha Chi Omega have a passion for helping those in need.
